Therapy is a process, and it does require time and energy for change to happen. Often, you just don’t feel like you can get to an office, are hesitant to leave your own space, or have difficulty building trust.

Being able to talk to someone from the comfort of your own space can make all the difference in your life and world.

It’s time to do something!

With Teletherapy, you are using a basic format like Facetime, Skype, or Zoom to interact with me via your device. I will be in a neutral and confidential space.

This format is also very appropriate for those who are always on the go and can’t get across town. Even better are times when the session must be short. Sometimes a 15-minute session is the best one of the week to help you through a breakdown.

Here’s how it works.

First, call or email me about your desire for Teletherapy. Next, I will send you a couple of initial forms to read and sign. Then, we will schedule a time, choose the format, and arrange for payment.

Costs

Teletherapy is just as effective as face-to-face counseling for those who desire change. Like anything in life, you do what it takes to get what you want.
